FMP has six sachet manufacturing machines located in its 100,000 & 10,000 class cleanroom’s for liquid, gels and paste filling for sachets with or without folded tissues.
Sachet sizes for simple single style range from 35mm wide to 170mm wide Liquid volumes available range from 0.2mls to 50mls, dependant upon viscosity.
All sachets are individually coded for traceability and subject to detailed inspection procedures for fill volume and pack integrity.
A range of packing materials are available, most with ageing data for both sterile and non sterile packs.
A broad range of non woven tissue materials are available to ensure suitability to the liquid required.
FMP satisfies the requirements for the manufacture and filling of licensed topical medicinal preparations.
