Disinfectants and Biocides Solutions

FMP provides a blending and contract packing service for alcohol based disinfectants (DE / IPA / WFI) and biocides.

Components of the containers are manufactured on site with packing being undertaken in a class 100 environment.

Generally working with 1000 litre batch quantities all materials are fully tested and filtered down to 0.2 micron prior to filling.

With a full range of operational protocols derived from satisfying some of the most demanding pharmaceutical companies FMP can offer total service supported by batch specific full microbiology data.

Packaging container volumes from 50mls to 2 litres are available for both sterile and non sterile liquids.
