Contract Packing Services

The contract packing of medical devices and pharmaceutical products is undertaken in two cleanrooms, a general purpose 100,000 class and a 10,000 class equipped with a laminar airflow system for packing and assembly in a 100 class environment.

Fully automated packing for large volumes is available together with semi automatic for other sizes and complex devices. FMP also provides manual packing services for large size dressings and devices.

Generally using the packaging materials printed and converted on site the contract packing operation offers highly competitive prices and short lead times, while providing total confidence to customers that the materials and packaging methods are totally suited to ensure pack Integrity.
